Lunch Applications

Lunch applications will expire October 1, 2018 if a 2018-2019 lunch application has not been submitted yet.  Parents are responsible to submit an application before this date.  Expired applications will be changed automatically to PAID October 1st 2018 and the student will loose benefits.

Dear Harmony School of Innovation-San Antonio Parents/Guardians,

We hope that everyone is having a wonderful summer!  We are so glad you will be a part of our Harmony School of Innovation family this upcoming school year.  Please find the student orientation dates below:

Thursday, August 16th and Friday, August 17th

9:00 AM  to  4:00 PM

Pre-K through 8th Grade Student Orientation

During the orientation: you will visit different stations, have the opportunity to complete required school forms and meet HSI-SA faculty.

The following items will be available for purchase in the front office during orientation:

  • Uniform tops will be on sale (per family): 1 to 2 shirts — $15 each, 3 to 5 shirts — $12 each, 6+ shirts — $10 each.
  • School spirit shirts will be on clearance for $5.
  • School jackets will be on sale for $20.
  • Student ID badges are $5 (badges will be provided after school begins).
  • Student planners are $5 (all PK – 5th grade students are required to purchase a planner for the 2018-2019 school year).

Dear students and parents,
In our math classes in 8th grade math, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebraic Reasoning, Algebra 2, Precalculus, SAT Math, TSI Math Lab, Calculus, College Prep Math, Statistics and Risk Management and other elective high school math courses, we use TI Nspire CX calculators. We provide these calculators to our students during school hours and we exclusively recommend that the students also purchase one for their out of school use. Below is a picture of how these calculators look.

Fiesta Medal Sale!Our Fiesta medals are now $5.00 each.  Please stop by the front office to purchase yours with credit card or check.  If you would like to pay with cash then please ask for Mr. Yavuz/Operations Manager or Ms. Flores/Outreach Coordinator.

STAAR Testing May 14 - 18Our campus will be closed TO ALL VISITORS during the week of STAAR testing (May 14th – 18th).  Thank you for your cooperation.

Graduation And Promotion Ceremonies

Dear Harmony Families:

We invite you to attend the following ceremonies for your student(s) in May: Kinder promotion – May 21st, fifth grade promotion – May 23rd and eighth grade graduation – May 25th. Please note that all ceremonies will be held at 6:00PM on each date.

Library BooksPlease have your student return their library book to the book drop located outside the library.  If you are unsure whether they have a book out then you may contact their English teacher by email or Ms. Flores (  Students that owe a fee for a lost or damaged book may bring exact change to Ms. Flores and their account will be cleared for the school year.  Thank you for your help in getting all of the library books returned.

Student & Staff Holiday April 27thFriday, April 27th, is a student and staff holiday (Battle of Flowers).  Enjoy your three day weekend and we will see everyone back on Monday, April 30th!

Spring Carnival Friday, April 20  5:30-7:30We invite you to join in the fun at the Spring Carnival on Friday, April 20th, from 5:30pm – 7:30pm.  Admission is free – tickets for food and activities will be sold for $1.  We will have a DJ, photo booth, petting zoo, pony rides, moon bounce and more.
